and it's confusing as fuck. The computer lab in the Fine Arts building is full of these things, and while they're loaded down with awesome software, I can't really figure out how anything works.
Right click on the Finder. n_u
It took me like 15 minutes to figure out a mac n_u
It took me less than a minute. n__u
Uh, but everything's just as straightforward, if not moreso, than on a PC. I don't see how anyone would have any trouble.

if you're used to a PC then it can be somewhat annoying

um not really
the prices are actually good for the technical specifications of the computers... just compare them to a PC with similar specs and you'll see

eh, despite me preferring macs, i still think your typical macbook is a bit overpriced, it could do with being $150 cheaper or so
the iMacs seem a bit more reasonable though but i'm not sure of those specs
oh at my middle school we had all of those cutesy multi-colored imacs and macbooks and while they were pretty slick the lack of a ctrl button always threw me off. and how you cant just double click on something to open it.

I thought even System 7 worked with double clicking.
Maybe they disabled it.
I like macs, but they're too expensive
I spent some more time using one earlier, and I'm getting better with it. Is Finder where you can access any of the programs not listed at the bottom?
Macs piss me off. They are complicated I think. Like we have some shitty ones at our school for like video editing and what not. I couldn't use it cause it pissed me off too much. I'd rather sick to my nice PC.

Everything is in Finder.
Well, almost everything. But yeah, all apps and files can be found via Finder. It's essentially the same as Windows Explorer except more compact and less crash-prone.
