Title: WHAT ARE YOU FAVORITE FONTS?
Post by: Daddy on February 23, 2009, 05:46:58 PM
My favorite monospaced font is Anonymous.  giggle;
Variable width is probably Trebuchet MS or Georgia.

Then why not type with it?
Luckily for me, Trebuchet MS is a font option on SMF
As is Georgia.
However, I have to manually type Anonymous and even then only people with it will see it.

Variable:  Lucida Grande or Bitstream Vera Sans

I actually like the Vista fonts. Calibri for variable-width and Consolas for fixed-width, though ClearType itself looks horrible with the weird color distortion.
I don't like serifs.

Silly overdemanding American schools. hocuspocus;

In college, I just cited my sources in the format that was given to me the first year and somewhat awkwardly at that. I've never been told I didn't use it correctly. I don't even know if it has a name.

Segoe UI and Tahoma (although they're pretty close to begin with) for variable spacing.

I think Lucida Sans or whatever for Fixed space.. I rarely use fixed space fonts.
