That'll do, pig.
lol i did this last year
it was fun and also bad smelling
GOD DAMMIT LACEY :(
I had to do this in forensics class last year. I couldn't eat pork for a month. :X
We dissected rats, it really wasn't that bad on the first day, but after that the rat got all lumpy and oozed all over the place, and my partner wouldn't touch it.
I hate dissection. It is cruel and unnecessary.
Oh! We also dissected an earthworm, a crayfish, and a perch this past semester in biology lab.
I dissected a frog in forensics last year, thats the only dissection I've ever done.

the pigs are going to get cut up whether youre the one to do it or not.
We dissected a frog in 7th grade biology.
It was amazingly epic. I love biology and atomic physics.
The two aren't really related, though...
Looks yummay!!!!!
But in chemistry we got to make our own booze. hocuspocus;
it was funner than fun.
i loved it.
i was making it talk and run.
and it smelled like shit but that was okay.
and like people in my class were crying.
i love biology.
I did it last year. I also had to sketch all of the sides of the pig, the inside from the first vertical cut, and all of the systems like circulatory.
I love that you have your coffee next to the pig. Yummy.
I think dissections are fun. I've cut up a lot of animals in my day, but the pig is definitely the best. giggle;

Mmmmm, this topic is making me hungry for some ham.

The damn pig wouldn't think twice about dissecting you and then proceeding to eat you starting from your insides if had thumbs.

Just because the pig is dead doesn't mean that it doesn't still feel pain. Have a heart, man.

Why? It's already dead... it's no worse than eating it
Uh ive dissected a pig and a shark
I never got to dissect anything. :(

It's really nothing special. I didn't find it enjoyable at all.
I was eating udon when I clicked on this.
... goonish
In 7th grade we dissected a cow heart, and last year in Bio we dissected a frog. I have to admit I did feel a bit bad about the frog, but of course I went through with it anyway. Bio was my favorite class last year, such an amazing subject. hocuspocus;

I should switch from Criminal Justice to that class then n_u
I don't think I could stomach that.
I could, however, stomach it. hocuspocus;

I didn't get to dissect anything special. Just a squid, worm, and maybe a frog. This was in a group of four for a lab report, so I didn't really get to do anything. Unless you're interested in seeing the insides of an animal and possibly getting your arms a little dirty, you're not missing out on anything spectacular, like Gin said.

They didn't have Criminal Justice last year. saddood;
I bet you guys are taking a field trip to the prison, am I right?

I took a field trip to a prison and I'm going again this year. spam;
That's terrible
I never dissected anything. Unless you count a fly my cousin caught and we split it up it with paper clips. But my cousin and I have caught a cricket with tape, hot-glue-gunned it and sealed it inside. It was pretty saddening at first but we got to look it without it moving, but that's unrelated. Some sixth graders last year got to dissect a frog, lucky bitches. This year, I get to dissect...a plant seed. :'( I'd love to dissect a piglet though, just for experience.
We dissected worms, clams, perch, and finally minks. The mink dissection was basically our final exam in the class and it took about a week.
I dissected a cow's eyeball in 5th grade
In 7th grade I dissected a grasshopper, frog, and worm
i think that's it
our anatomy classes dissect cats every year
i refuse to take that class

He could be referring that the thought of killing an animal just to cut it open and observe it is cruel.

there are cats in a jar in one of our science rooms.
I'm taking Biology DC and also Anatomy this year so I get to disect a fetal pig in Bio like you did, and also a cat in Anatomy, among probably a few other smaller things in Bio.
