I had to do this in forensics class last year. I couldn't eat pork for a month. :X

We dissected rats, it really wasn't that bad on the first day, but after that the rat got all lumpy and oozed all over the place, and my partner wouldn't touch it.

It was amazingly epic. I love biology and atomic physics.

I did it last year. I also had to sketch all of the sides of the pig, the inside from the first vertical cut, and all of the systems like circulatory.

I think dissections are fun.  I've cut up a lot of animals in my day, but the pig is definitely the best.
