Title: why is it easier to sleep during day than night
Post by: bluaki on April 11, 2008, 11:58:37 PM
Whenever I'm supposed to try to fall asleep early in the night, I always have problems falling asleep, often enough to keep me awake in bed for hours (throughout childhood it's always been that way)
When I let myself fall asleep not very far before sunrise, I have no problems falling asleep, even when I have the same daily amount of sleep as when I try to fall asleep earlier (like during long vacations from school).
Whenever I take a nap during the day (like after coming home from school), I almost always wake up pretty close to sunset.

Because of school starting at like 7:00, it's sorta a problem that I tend to fall asleep later befuddlement

I always have my curtains and blinds covering my window so light isn't usually a factor to my sleep. I do have trouble sleeping when there is much light though.

I'm still scared of the dark.  I'm a horror movie fanatic. :(

I used to do that when I was little. I still do it sometimes.

I only do that when I'm cold and feeling sick. :(

I can't do that because I'm claustrophobic
