:( Now if only Nintendo would make Ubisoft stop making games like PETZ or Dogz for the awesome system :'(
More games from Square.
More games like professor layton and other awesome games :(
I just wish there was some more RPGs that didn't suck. I mean Pokemon was great but Final Fantasy III SUCKED.

I went to GameStop 2 weeks ago and I was disgusted at the DS games I saw on display. They were all pet games and other stupid games like Hannah Montana

NOT ENOUGH
DO WANT REMAKE OF SUPER STAR TO BE RELEASED SOON
I want more serious action games like Contra 4.
The Super Nintendo and Genesis were loaded with them, so why must the DS suffer with just shitty movie based action games?
Also, some good RPGs would be good since the PSP and GBA have quite a few.
Also also, Ubisoft should just stop making games in general.
DS...awesome?
lolwut
I agree, I think the DS is my favorite handheld ever. baddood;

I can understand not liking Phoenix Wright since it's mostly reading (although if you like RPGs you're into reading and clearly can't play games so that's all you stick with), but Rocket Slime is impossible to hate.

I don't play RPGs for the reading, dumbass. doodhuh; The game lacks any interesting form of gameplay besides selecting options.
I got sick of throwing shit around after a while.

RPGs are nothing but reading.
Select attack. Select attack. Select some method of healing. Boss beat. Read 15 minutes. Walk three minutes. Read fifteen minutes. Battle. Read 20 minutes.
RPGs are nothing but reading and don't even attempt to deny that, and if you don't play RPGs for whatever you're reading, then you shouldn't bother playing them at all because they're the least interactive of all games and require no skill at all.

You're fucking retarded.
Read 15 minutes? You must be a slow reader.
I don't play them to read. I play them for the
story and the gameplay and the music, etc. No skill? OK, sure. I don't know exactly what RPGs you've played, but most of them require some sort of skill.
PW is boring, repetitive, and isn't at all challenging.
most DS games i have only lasted me three days or less

Most RPGs revolve around story, and most are read. Sure, quite a few have voiceovers, but not many have voiceovers for every segment, and if one does it'd be an awfully short RPG.
You get the story in RPGs and most games through reading, and if you're not reading in an RPG then you're not even playing.
RPGs require nothing more than selecting options from a menu. There are games like Tales of Symphonia with lame combat, but even that doesn't require skill. A seven year old with basic reading capabilities will have no trouble beating most RPGs; more interactive games like Mario, Contra, and Simcity will prove challenging for him and people of all ages.

I got more than halfway through Super mario RPG when I was in kindergarten.
And don't even attempt to whip out shit like "well that one doesn't require skill but final saldgsdjkasg does," because they're all essentially the same thing. If you can waste enough time leveling up, which doesn't require skill, you can't possibly lose.

It's just when you were playing 10 other games in the span that i've had the game I was only playing that.
Also EV training requires hardly any attention once you've done it a couple of times. Half of the time I played the game I was multitasking and shit.
But having nearly 1000 hours logged on ONE game?
That's fucking insane.

Read edit. Not really once you realize how much you can put into it. Believe me, I know people who had over 999 hours the first two weeks they had the game.
Just because there's some bigger fatass than you, it doesn't make you any less of a fatass.

Lol, i'm sure the games you've played in the span i've played Diamond is around the same. That took me about a year to get that time. Believe me, I didn't play the game every second of my life. When comparing two weeks to a year there isn't any room for an analogy like that.
This thread disgusts me.

Are there are good DS games coming out this quarter or is Nintendo still ignoring it and leaving it to third party developers to shit all over it with lame simulators while it racks in the cash from brawl and MKWii?
And yeah, Layton is pretty cool. I played the demo in Best Buy and was surprised at the posh british voice overs. A welcome change from all that text.
