I have played about 997 hours on my Pokémon Diamond. EV training, breeding and competitive wifi battling is very nice.

I would buy a DS for Pokémon Diamond alone but the fact that it has a lot of other games makes it even more awesome.

It's just when you were playing 10 other games in the span that i've had the game I was only playing that.

Also EV training requires hardly any attention once you've done it a couple of times. Half of the time I played the game I was multitasking and shit.

Lol, i'm sure the games you've played in the span i've played Diamond is around the same. That took me about a year to get that time. Believe me, I didn't play the game every second of my life. When comparing two weeks to a year there isn't any room for an analogy like that.

And yeah, Layton is pretty cool. I played the demo in Best Buy and was surprised at the posh british  voice overs. A welcome change from all that text.

The voice overs in the opening cutscene are basically the only voice overs in the whole game.

I can understand not liking Phoenix Wright since it's mostly reading (although if you like RPGs you're into reading and clearly can't play games so that's all you stick with), but Rocket Slime is impossible to hate.But his games are the only good ones in the series.

Aria is okay... I guess, but Dawn of Sorrow is amazing.
