I want to move most of my torrents in uTorrent to my second HDD: http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1013/925180952_15b90741c5_o.jpg . how do I go about that so uTorrent knows where they are moved to? Isn't there a config file I can modify or something?

Right Click on a torrent > Advanced > Set Download location

Then direct it to where you've moved the file to.
