I'd rather we keep it nice and simple for our early days. As we get more hits and and we move on to greater servers, we can evolve the entire website.

"Bigger servers" once we get more popular, for the moment, seems completely unnecessary...  I don't really see why this one wouldn't be able to handle whatever we throw at it, granted it wasn't a torrent site or something.  caterpie;

Bassir, if you think you could make a default WP theme look really nice, and you actually do, sure. But I still like the Terminal idea more.

Let's try to get both of them working, and then decide... maybe even let users choose which they'd like.

I've seen that done before... while it can be done quite well, mimicking OS X would be hugely bandwidth inefficient, and really annoying for anyone with connections less than super-speedy. Windows would be easier, but Windows is ugly.
