Any type of face mask will reduce the range of your own mouth's particles drastically. Far from pointless. If you are an asymptomatic carrier, you are protecting people around you by wearing one.

i only go out every two weeks to get groceries, they should last me a while

same lol, i had a stash of disposable medical ones tucked in the medicine cabinet long before corona struck

i also have a fashionable reusable black one that's come in quite handy, though it makes me look like i'm about to commit an armed robbery

also was given a cool grey fabric one at work the other day

i only go out every two weeks to get groceries, they should last me a while

and i really only use them in confined public spaces like grocery stores as well
