honestly anyone with half a brain could do an operations associate/specialist/assistant position, and most decently sized companies/orgs in a big city will start you at about $20/hr. those jobs basically just stock paper towels and coffee and call the repair man to fix random shit when needed.
i did it for two years and it was boring as shit but it paid baby

Yep that's how I started at my company. I think staffing agencies/temp agencies are a great way to get jobs like these since companies are usually down to pay for another service to find a decent candidate over doing the dirty work themselves

i dunno, haven't had any luck with that stuff in arizona, and don't know anyone who does. Does not having a college degree have an impact on that

don't wanna jump the gun, but i'm at least past the interview and onto getting set up for the paid training. next step is making it through the training and being kept on as an employee.



it's for a window company, and my job would basically be setting people up for consultations on window replacements/upgrades.

which technically means my job would basically be knocking on doors and getting rejected a lot

but the money could be good (potentially great tbh, the bonuses get pretty huge), it ain't fuckin retail, and dear lord do i need a job rn lmao.

so i hope it works out!!! even if i only do it for a year or so!
