My favorite is probably Shadow of the Colossus, as said credits sequence is also the final cutscene of the game. It's as spectacular as the rest of the game, and the music during it is absolutely phenomenal - my favorite piece of the entire soundtrack, The Sunlight Earth, starts as the hawk starts to fly away from the temple. It's so fucking good.

Devil May Cry 3 has a cool credits sequence too since you just fight endless enemies during it.

Also, special mention to Okami's credits, but specifically on PS2. The theme that plays during this is "Reset," and it's fantastic. But unfortunately, rights to this song were apparently lost later on. Every later version, from Wii to HD, has a completely different credits theme. The credits presentation is otherwise nothing particularly special, but it is pretty stylish just like anything Okami should be.
