But don't you have to preview the post (or go to user actions > reply) before they're visible (selectable)?

your phone might be defaulting to the desktop site for some reason

are you on chrime

if so, plz go to settings and toggle "desktop site" and see what happens

I'm on chrome, and just checked and it's def not desktop version.
I do have the max resolution set on my phone, is yours perhaps at a lower res?
