I totally forgot but like two months ago during PAX west some nerds came into my cafe and wanted to video me making some coffee for them for their vlog

I stumbled upon this just now and now 30k people have seen me make coffee and look a little uncomfortable

A barista worthy of the name, and a good explainer. That guy should have his own Coffee Vlog, just bumming around with the exciting devices and brews and whatnot. Obviously we know G has his presenting on lock, and Serge is a frothy cup of awesome, but bring back Coffee Chap!

yeah they're cool. not anything i'd ever want to do daily but it is kinda fun. interesting cup of coffee.

but yeah the guy who did most of the talking was kind of annoying. there were a few things that i disagreed with him on and he had zero dialogue for that disagreement- just insisting his opinion which always bothers me.

I honestly just lucked out with my cafe. I just wanted a barista job and would have accepted anything that wasn't Starbucks but Coffee Works has the ideology of wanting you to make a career out of coffee (which I am not sure I want to do) but that means it took me legit 9 months of working there until I was fully trained on everything
