the other day i dropped my old 160gb ipod classic into a fucking lake and it's gone forever now

now i gotta either figure out how to replace the corrupt hard drive in my older 80gb one (it needs an upgrade anyway, 80 isnt enough), or just buy a new 160gb but damn those things are expensive

YPrrrr

Minnesota problems. Drop anything, boom! Lake outta nowhere

I haven't lost anything to a void for a while but when I was 19 I left my phone in my bathing suits pocket BY accident and went for a swim in the ocean... the phone never made it back to shore

i don't think i've ever lost a mobile device, but to fair, i've owned relatively few in my life

four phones, various handheld consoles that virtually never leave the house, and pretty much nothing else

i literally keep everything and that was the only thing to be missing

i feel like I truly disappointed my social worker acquaintance more than anything
