i'm not sure because i haven't really figured out what exactly causes it yet lol

something about my posting methods glitches stickied threads i guess

i'm not too worried about it because the risk is minor and easily reversible

  • wash your hands before exiting the bathroom, you absolutely disgusting animal
    and don't pretend that rinsing them for two seconds without soap counts because it doesn't

Kalahari Inkantation

  • go in for a check up and a blood test AT LEAST once a year, to screen for nutritional deficiencies and other abnormalities

  • observe yourself for changes that may be nutrition-related

  • take ur vitamins

  • don't literally end up with scurvy like i did in early april, and like i'm on the verge of ending up with again

jesus christ, it's no wonder i've felt like absolute garbage this past week smth;

i don't think i've been to a general practice medical doctor/had a "check up" or the like since I was probably 18??

I've never had a check-up. 5thgrade;

Our health system makes it rather difficult to get them so I never bothered. In Quebec you don't go to the doctor unless you're sick.

jesus literal christ

in the us, when you're insured, it's as easy as calling and making an appointment with a covered practitioner at any time

my policy covers annual checkups by both a general practitioner and a dentist for those of normal health, and they can be more frequent than that if medically warranted
