I went to submit a reimbursement request for the airfare when I went to Denver.

This was on a Form-M  with a copy of my receipt requesting the reimbursement for $314.40.

A week later it got kicked back saying I need to submit a Form-R with detailed information totaling my reimbursable expenses alongside the non-reimbursable purchases made with my procurement card 

So despite submitting receipts and manually verifying all my procard purchases through JP Morgan I need to do it a second time to get my money back for the single airfare purchase
