i used it once and stayed in this warehouse studio apartment in bushwick. it was quite nice, was like our own lil apartment for a day. it all depends where u are staying at and their terms i guess, i've heard horror stories, but this lady didnt give a fuck if we cooked a 12 course meal in her kitchen as long as we didnt literally break anything lol

yeah once in canada it was okay but kind of awkward w/ the owner around since we go there late and left early the next day (cheaper than a hotel in BC)  so we never really talked at all

uhhh i think airbnb handles the transaction, and you have to put CC info in upfront? dont really know, my GF arranged it i just showed up. we had to leave 25 bucks for the cleaning ladies when we left tho, not sure if that was disclosed or not but i guess it was cuz my GF didnt seem put off by it and they place was cool enuff that i didnt really give a shit
