I have no interest in getting them myself. It's fairly common for transwomen to get breast augmentation, but I'm already more-or-less satisfied with the size of mine when they're not even done growing yet. I'd still appreciate a little more shape and size, but not nearly enough to do anything about it if they stopped growing now.

I basically feel the same way.

I'd probably find it hard to support a lover getting them except for good-enough/worth-the-risk reasons like maybe reconstruction. I definitely don't put that sort of thing anywhere near the level of deal-breaker or something worth interfering with or whatever.
