i figured it out with no help from OUR ADMINISTRATION at all.


you go to profile, and then you click on the side were it says "look and layout preferences" or something. then you'll see at the bottom the quick reply option. click on a drop down bar and set it to something that isn't off or whatever the default is.


i dont know how helpful this is i am sure im the last one to do this, but here u go
