I was given bad information and told that a "modified closed primary" was the same as a "closed primary" rather than a "semi-closed" and that I had to register as a Democrat rather than keeping my unenrolled status.

So between FebruaryJanuary 2008 and August 2008 I was registered as a democrat, and that has been the only time I've been registered to a party.

The biggest bullshit ever.  In state tuition is like 700 dollars  year and 7k fees or something.

We have scholarships for "free tuition" that is like 10% of the actual cost.
