i keep myself happy by throwing myself headfirst into my hobbies and ignoring most other things tbh

other than that, moving helped a lot. i was definitely in one place for way too long, and especially living with my family for way too long.

being in a relationship helps too but ivy was already a really good friend before she was my girlfriend, so i'd say that just in general making a new friend helps a lot
