since u got captured by the bagman make sure you clear out the area he takes you to and defeat mr big electrodog before getting too much further, because that area becomes much more difficult later once the game moves to its next phase

Nice! I got killed by him a couple times before I beat him. Btw, now you can befriend that guy who was shooting that giant machine gun at you from the tower before. Just go up his ladder and answer his question in favor of beasts. You get one of the thingies that lets you buy new weapons from the messengers.
