it has 257 in sp. Atk, so I might as well take good use of it.

Dragon Pulse

all * need to go for better attacks.

Sceptile sucks ass.....He's just terrible. If ANYTHING at all, make it a physical sweeper...

THere is a way to reset the EVs...Use those berries MF was describing in some other thread...
