i'm (almost) officially a college graduate

i only needed to pass one class this semester and i just got a b for one class

i'm still waiting for my other 3 grades, but even if i fail them all, i should still be getting a diploma in the mail.

i'm now one of like 4 boyagers to have completed college

im nearing completion of an AA- but i am not sure if im going to pass some classes b/c recent stressors

i prob. will get it b/c i work good when im under pressure and i am determined to get over with this stuff

though i am having a dilemma with actually transferring if i do get my AA

getting an AA has been "free" because of grants

got accepted into the university i want to go to

but then...even with the help of financial aid
i realized i must get 37k in debt for a BA
and then like 48k for an MSW

that's 85k

i want to be a social worker but not if i'm going to fuck up my life in the process
and social workers are one of the least paid majors for having to get their master's; 36k starting
i wouldn't mind that if i didn't have to pay off student loans

ofc, room & board & meals are included and it'd be significantly less if they were excluded.  but idk what other options to go with.  i don't even think i'd be eligible for getting a loan myself since i've always been scared that i'd be incompetent for most jobs b/c i've never actually had a true job- even if i've been employed 2x- they were really small-term jobs.  my immediate family isn't affluent at all so i can't depend on them, probably not even for a co-sign, either.  i only got like $1300 saved up.  

i've never had debt before- and i've read so many student loan debt stories- it really scares me.

im re-thinking my life but it's heart breaking for me that there's a huge possibility that i won't become the social worker i always wanted to be.  idk.  

i can't even think of relying on art as a career.

so yeah, idk what im going to do with my life afterwards.  i just want to be "free" and move out.  progress with my life somehow.  

if i get my AA, then at least i have the 1st two years covered no matter what.  though my gpa is p. much a joke; 2.6.
