i can still pretty easily have a bad allergy attack if i'm like in long grass or something though

I get spring allergies. Also cats a little

Used to be worse when I was younger. used to take zyrtrc and eye drops and nasonex erryday fir like 6 weeks in the spring

Now for maybe like 4 weeks I take a generic zyrtec most days and some Sudafed when it's really bad. If I'm going to sleep somewhere with cats I'll usually pop both right before I get there
