oh man it's weird like im still in awe like fuck.

so i get dropped off by my bus, and i have to walk across a the street to get to my place, i check the roads obv left-right, nothing.  so i get into the middle of a road into this large space (i don't know what's this called, but people go into this space just to wait for another car to pass if cars are passing in the next lane to it) and i see this car coming from the other side and was coming into the zone i was in.

and then i saw this fucking car coming at me and my life literally fucking flashed before my eyes because i thought i was gonna die.  and i flew at least a foot from where i was standing.  i instantly stood up form the ground to get my shit. and a guy comes out of the car  and he was like, "are you okay man?  i just hit you with my car.  sorry man, it was so dark outside."  and my head is trying to process what the fuck just happened and im stumbling.  and he asks again, are you alright, i mean we gotta call the police."  i notice that his license plate was on the floor.  he looked like he was upper-class, and had a black mitzubishi i don't know.

and i was still in a daze and i was like, "the cops??"  and i have anxiety for cops because of my sister's past.  and he started talking about how he was going to call the ambulance to make sure i was okay.  and i just said, "i can't afford the ambulance."  i mean it's $150 just for a check up, no thanks.  i only had $3.00 on my person, anyway.  and he was asking me 100x if i was sure.  and i was like, yeah, man, look i can even jump.  and i jump.  like im still in a fucking daze, though.

he asked me for my number to check me up, but i was like na, it's okay.  i have a lot of shit to do anyway.  he seemed scared as shit, but fuck it.  as long as iom okay then fuck it like shit can pass.  he seemed like he learned his lesson with lyf anyway

so we both go in our separate directions.

left with two scratches on my ankle.  but man at that second, i was so worried for my life.  i thought i really was going to die, legitimately.  like i was thinking about how i wanted to let everybody i knew how much they meant to me before i died or something.

it's crazy, because the bus ride before this- i randomly was thinking what would other people think about me if i died.

yeah im still in awe that i survived and that im okay for the most part.
