i think in-n-out is "good fast food" but the the the the lines make it difficult to frequent

well i mean it is a city so yeah david there are homeless people believe it or not

tbh though, i honestly rarely go into downtown sac because there's not really anything there worth the trip. it's not a particularly interesting metro area. the outlying midtown areas and nearby "cities" are a lot nicer.

sacramento in general though, i don't know, i like it because it's not cramped and they plant trees everywhere to keep the whole city nice and shady (midtown is basically under constant tree cover, it's like a suburban forest). it can still get way too hot in the summer though cause every summer there is drought season, it's so fucking dry
