every time i see a person over 30 on the the phone they're holding it in front of their mouth

do they think it makes them look professional

what I truly hate the most is when people have those wireless earphone/headphone headsets that attaches to their ear.

first time i encountered this phenomenon was when i was at a parking lot at a store about two years ago, and saw some guy seemingly talking to himself.  i was looking at him from the right, side view.  i thought he was schizophrenic and it scared me until I saw a huge hunk of shit on his left ear when he turned.  i have experiences working with somebody with schizophrenia and it was scary at the time, so yeah.

but other than that, i think it's lame as hell

yeah i hate people who do this as well

usually they sit perfectly still while they're talking and look straight ahead. talking with a phone to your ear or directly to a person usually involves some sort of gesturing. they just zombify when they have an earphone
