it's lacking a certain something that causes the world to be less interesting though, imo

i'm not sure i'd say that

it is much less of a wasteland, though. by that i mean that there's more civilization. less that feels mysterious or long-forgotten. that vibe helped the third game, i think.

you do know that Fallout 1 & 2 aren't graphics heavy right lol. Any computer made after 97 should run them with ease
