there is still a lot of subtle racism that goes on, in the sense that white people are more likely to be hired over people of other races for the same position
although there is also affirmative action like minorities and such getting into college easier, which imo is fucked since it creates more subtle racism since now all the white are pissed that it is harder for them to get into college
