a city filled with 20-somethings with cheap eateries everywhere, incredibly cheap rent, cheap take-out, very strong 'artistic' grounds, unemployment low and not being gentrified by yuppies. Lots of drugs with variety and a cheap price is a very strong plus.


i feel ~confused~ about turning into a struggling manhattanite that spends 2/3's of their check on rent and take pleasure in bad, expensive alcohol with acquiesces from your white-collar job
i'm not 36 yet :'(


is there less youth around because they're either all in college dorming or at their parents' house?

idk i've done some research and cost of living seems comparable to pittsburgh

and it's cheap as fuck here

anyways silvertone and another friend and i are moving to portland in may or so and notsid will probably be going in september if he has the money
