i have one or 2 laminated posters and they do not look that way
framing a poster just seems silly in most cases, draws way too much attention and is too formal for something so casual

I have a few framed posters, but one frame is broke so it's down right now. I've got a Pink Floyd tour poster framed (it's rather small though), and [spoiler][/spoiler]. Those are the only framed ones, I've got the poster that came with Zelda: Four Swords up by my door along with a canvas panting I got that looks really cool.

Though I'll be hanging more up soon, I'll probably use those little stick up things.

If you actually get good frames, they're expensive. I got two frames around the same time, one for $40 and one for $20, the $20 one is broken to the point where I cannot fix it. $40 one is still up though, and I got these 8 years ago.

the last thing I got lamenated was probably the hand turkey picture we did in kindergarten/first grade.

my parents lamenated it and stuck it on the fridge for a couple of months

Or you can buy a bit of cork backing and a sheet of thin, cheap plexiglass and make one yourself. Costs about five bucks.
