It's not the OS itself, it's the computer. Most computers that already run XP can't really run Vista because of its lack of RAM and shittyness of the Graphics Card.

It's Microsoft. It's basically a "pretty" version of XP. You don't want it unless you're buying another PC; and even then, it comes preinstalled.
