ever fed them by hand?  my dog doesn't touch kibble a lot unless i feed it to him by hand.  if i don't he'll only go to it like a few times by himself. 

though my dog doesn't really drink water unless it's like 3am for some reason when i wake up to go to the bathroom or some shit or after a walk
