a few nights ago my friend was visiting me and we were just sitting in my apartment drinking the beers and I SNEEZED and my arm came out of its socket... like at the shoulder part. Isn't this crazy? I thought I had to tell you guys, I just can't believe this is something that can happen.

my friend had to pop it back in it hurt so bad

i'm not sure if this is worthy of a thread... has this happened to anybody ever i was so scared

anyway ummm did your arm/shoulder hit , arm rest, or something?  what did your friend noticed as you sneezed?  how were you positioned like as you sneezed?  any thing significant happen w/ your arm/shoulder before you sneezed?

I think so too but I told my mom and I honestly think she forgot or something I'll remind her. I don't know what type of health insurance i have/if i have health insurance

no i was sitting in my bed when it happened and my bed doesn't have a frame or anything. My friend told me that i sneezed, and then i moved my arm and then it dislodged from its socket. i remember touching my arm and it felt weird, a weird emptyness and i was touching my shoulder bone.

its alright now it gets sore and if i sneeze/breathe too hard/yawn it is worse lol
