Are there any decent ones and is there a legitimate advantage to switching? Back when I was using windows I thought foobar was pretty rad because of how lightweight and simple it was.

Any other mac losers use anything different?

I don't think iTunes is really problematic on OS X. That's good, because unfortunately, there's nothing better for OS X users. I wish they'd make an OS X version of foobar. Oh well.

honestly of all the applications i abuse and push way past their intended limits iTunes performs remarkably well but i hate it anyway. i feell like i could be gaining so much more by having freedom to organize/explore my music in other ways

Hmmmm.

I just updated to 11 and I do like the interface a little better. And, I don't know if it's just in my head, but it feels like it launches and handles a little quicker too.

Also, they seem to have hid the itunes store a little bit, thank gods.
Erm.
