i like them both but i liked mew more at first but also celebi has grass type which might be helpful-- cut and such

the rest of my team is:

raichu
archeops
scrafty
suicune
sigilyph

also this isn't a fighting team it's just my irl team so for travel and friendship

I would go Celebi since you already have Sigilyph as a psychic type so the extra grass would be nice
