when blimp goes from town to town, does it blimp across the land? or gets deflated and taken in a truck/train or other land-based transport solution?

is it dangerous for a blimp to blimp above countryside, where there are no services in case of blimp problems? 

where does a blimp go in a city regardless of whether it is having blimp problems? do airports have blimppads?
