Hm well your best chance would to be involved in something whether it's school, a sports league, some sort of club/class, etc. that puts you into consistent contact with, for the most part,  a consistent group of people. Even if there aren't girls you are interested in directly perhaps you would make friends and through them you could meet more women who are already friends with your friend, which increases your odds of compatibility I'd think

i can identify with this

except it's more that my failures in life are keeping me from being social and i use that as an excuse to not actively pursue a social life, so I don't meet people. Including women.
