my place is in manhattanville, next to the shore
and right next to a giant city college with a nice park

i may be biased, but i don't really like anything else here
the food's alright

i think the food down in brooklyn is way better
but i'll have to explore foods here to make better judgement

the people are friendly, even if it's rather 'ghetto' here
made friends with two so far
some stoned white kid that lives in the apartment next to mine and this puerto rican thug

the nice thing is that commute to midtown is shorter
i'm closer to the city's heart and i just have to take only one subway route to reach chelsea

but uuuuh
i just miss brooklyn's mexican food and yummy pasteries

oh, and i got the place through my friend
he knows the landlord and i got to live in ~subsidized~
100$ a month for a large room
I CAN'T COMPLAIN
and my roommates are rather nice, mainly because they're never here and even if they are they give me pizza
