The UN will do nothing. They took forever to act against the Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot simply died of old age while under house arrest without facing justice after killing 1/5 of Cambodia's population.

If the UN took its sweet time to act against someone who committed Genocide and was viewed in a negative light by all members of the UN, there isn't any doubt that it's not going to rush to do anything about one of the most influential members of the UN.
