"have"? As in a physical guide?
Why would this exist or why would you have it? goonish

I've played a couple Japanese Pokemon games because, although I didn't actually commit to doing so, I intended to learn the language to some extent and use them as simple reading context.

Ended up ignoring most text outside of pokemon/move/town/item names, menu text, and just a few important lines (mostly in battle), pretty much ruining most of the point, but whatever n_u

Pokemon games are simple enough that a translation guide shouldn't even be necessary outside of maybe something like identifying which move is which.

Yeah, I got it when Gold and Silver came out in Japan. My grandmother got it for me because she thought it'd help me when it came out here.

It was pretty cool too. It had all the Japanese pokemon's names translated directly to english so their names were different.
