I walked into work with 60 bucks in my pocket and walked out tonight with 512. Had over 1500 in sales. Doesn't feel like I worked. And it doesn't excite me anymore. I think I broke it. It it bitter sweet because someday when I am broke and alone and on my knees I will be crying and thinking of the days where I used to show up, do things my way, fabricate money and be out. I bought this 8 inch Italian hoagie today, the lady rolled it for me and I tipped her 5 on 6. Then I went to get some gas and this young attendant was chit chatting with me so I left him a hefty tip. He thanked me very much. At work I had a new server follow me, which is an honor, it is the first time I have been given such a duty among my years at the joint. The others said he would learn all of the bad things the only difference is when he does them he won't get away with it. I chuckled but made sure I set a good example for him. He helped me out a lot and when he left I have him a dub spot. All of this plus the general air of things makes me feel good, but, I don't know, something is missing. I feel that I am the Man but when I act like it too often it takes the fun out of it and I start to question myself and who I really am. I don't know, is this the curve before power completely corrupts me?

my friend's going to pay me $500 just to change some css on his website

he sells shit through his website, and if he makes $100000, he'll take me on a trip to hawaii or nippon.
he made $150000 last year and traveled to 8 countries with four friends at no cost to them
I felt like Boss the other day when one of my host servers had been off for 36 hours due to this horrendous crash (it was running a DUCKING FSCK FOR THOSE ENTIRE 36 HOURS). I managed to keep up a friendly attitude and befriend some distraught clients on the live chat, who ended up posting incredibly glowing reviews on major forums without a single mention of downtime. powerofone;
