Our last active (and I use that term loosely) new member was iCandy, who signed up in September 2010.  It's now 2012.

our primary source of new members was nsider and its spinoffs, but the remaining ones seem to have settled

What could we possibly do that might attract new faces to Boyah 2.0?  ANY IDEAS, NO MATTER HOW SILLY THEY MAY SEEM, ARE WELCOME

and yes, of course we'll have to make some boards publicly visible to start

i don't want to destroy the "prosquid is vaporware" joke, but it is actually being worked on at the moment. i've yet to write my first review for it, though. thinking uncharted 3.

um if you guyz want to make prosquid and integrate it with boyah that would be A+ keyword/submission material and I am versed in the Indian How to Make Website Knowledge, we get a little ad campaign running on game server / video game sites and networks for a month or two plus some adwords and we'll have a booming forum before you know it. I am sure of it. we can even do actual Indian Black Magic like take random forum posts with unique content and use SEO software to post it to hundreds of thousands of blogs comments and forums with backlinks, just so we skyrocket to 1st result for random things. promise

also regular keyword/pagerank marketing with the forum content would work to some extent, I plan to do some of this once boyah 2 is here and the boards are setup properly for google indexing (there is a reasno for why invisible and it is all part of the plan).

ultimately it is how much you guyz want new users and what kind of users they should be, just say and I will try to do .
