It's not like I even have a girlfriend or anybody else I'd consider a close friend, but if I did, I wouldn't mind them seeing my posts here or registering or whatever else they want to do, though I probably wouldn't specifically encourage registering.

Beyond revealing my transgender status, which somebody would need to know already before I can consider them a close friend, I don't really have anything I would worry about others knowing.

I have tried numerous times to get people from irl to join but they just don't join. I'm really no different here than IN THE REAL WORLD.

even so i was not particularly hasty to let her join. i mean i had mentioned it vaguely before, you know, talking about "that forum i moderate," but never much more than that. eventually she got curious and asked to see it.
