I have a website that I pretty much never use, but I really want to change that.

What are some cool/useful things I could do/make that doesn't involve breaking the law or ridiculous amounts of work?

[spoiler]and if you move this to the tech board, it'll get no responses and as a result less posts, which makes it harder to meet the quota[/spoiler]

also, i know a couple years back that we were arguing over what the hell to put on the frontpage and never got anything done. give me ideas and i'll just do it or if it's some communal thing then i'll let others contribute [spoiler]unless they're assholes[/spoiler]

[spoiler]best ideas i can think of for boyah frontpage are 1) array of stats and recent posts/threads  / toplists and other shit drawn from the forum db, "post time capsule" and other such bullshit  2)  just make it a multi-purpose unli9mited file mirror/proxy/shit[/spoiler]
