honestly, that's the best way to escape it. i forced myself to register for college and i was scared shitless about going. within two weeks, i had friends

my solution: i took japanese because i knew most people there would be just as socially awkward as i was but have similar interests and easy to talk to

i did. i sort of suddenly decided that i would like to get a teaching license. but things turned out really shitty and now i'm probably not going back. pretty much went back for nothing. i may still get this teaching license, but i'll probably go about it a different way that involves online classes (for the most part) as well as classes down near the twin cities area.

so college will no longer really be a way for me to escape my slight agoraphobia. but i'll find other ways, i guess. i don't know, it doesn't bother me TOO much really. i'll deal with it when i need to.
