move it to doodthing.boyah.net/ or boyah.net/doodthing/ because boyah is derived from doodthing

If nothing else, links to the forums and the status blog/twitter/whatever else. (And maybe the various streams.) Or just have it be the status blog. Or just a fancy splash page with an oversized doodthing; on it, or anything else on it. Or maybe you guys could do those product reviews again.

And I know there's been other ideas thrown around at various times, but I can't remember anything more specific.

why would we put the status blog on the same server as the forum


then people wouldn't be able to check the status blog if the server is down
