Direct deposit

I got the rest of my financial aid refund for the fall and they deposited it into my old account   Now I need to take the time to go to the bank that I was planning on closing the account of.  I even updated my bank info to avoid this.

I've been locked out of my online banking account for over a year.  I've given up trying to get them to unfreeze it.

Same thing goes with phone banking.
